Livestock drop offs are by appointment ONLY. Hogs, lambs & goats are dropped off on Sundays and slaughtered on Mondays. All inspected livestock have to be dropped off on Mondays at 8 am. Beef are dropped off Mondays after 2pm or Tuesday morning between 8-10 am. Beware on holidays our drop off day might change, so be sure to call plant.

Mary's Valley Meat Processing was opened in January of 2012. Since opening we have become a Missouri State Inspected Facility. You will find our front retail freezers stocked with a variety of meat for your convenience; Pork, Chicken, Alligator, Fish, and Beef.
We supply whole or half beef and hogs for purchase.
