Livestock drop offs are by appointment ONLY. All Livestock is to be dropped off on Sundays and slaughtered on Mondays Only. All inspected livestock have to be dropped off on Mondays at 8 am. Beware on holidays our drop off day might change, so be sure to call plant.

Mary's Valley Meat Processing was opened in January of 2012. Since opening we have become a Missouri State Inspected Facility. Then we lost our plant to a lightning strike on August 2, 2023. It was a complete loss. Reopened our new plant in May of 2024. Ready to serve our customers again and make sure to work hard to build long lasting relationships with you all. Treating you with the highest level of professionalism and integrity is a goal we strive for daily. Our facility maintains an open and personal setup to show you we specialize in quality for you. You will find our front retail freezers stocked with a variety of meat for your convenience; Pork, Chicken, Alligator, Fish, and Beef.
Farm to Table. We supply whole or half beef and hogs for purchase.
