Here at Mary's Valley Meat we process whole carcass deer, quarters, cooler meat & do cape outs in our State of the Art Facility. Bring your deer in clean as possible or we will not take it. We will inspect all deer & boneless meat before you check in as to insure quality of product.
Guidelines for dropping off boneless deer meat:
Every Deer Will Be Processed Separately, Except Specialty Items Such As Summer Sausage & Snack Sticks.

Deer Youth Rifle Early Season : Oct. 29th - 30th - Open 8am-5pm for drop off.
Deer Rifle Season: Nov. 12th-22nd - Open 8am-7pm for drop off.
Archery & Alternative Season Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm for drop off.
AFTER HOURS DEER DROP OFF: There is an outside cooler to drop your deer off after hours or on weekends only. There is paper work for you to fill out. Do Not Leave Your Tag On Deer.

We participate in Share The Harvest Program on behalf of the Missouri Department of Conservation. Share The Harvest deer are no cost to the customers THANKS to Rob V at Three Rivers Publishing & Rob Brandenburg retiring Conservationist.
Q. Do I get my own deer meat back?
A. We guarantee all tenderloins, steaks, roast, burger & brats are from your deer.
All specialty items ( summer sausage, snack sticks, peppered salami ) are
processed together. All deer meat must pass MVM quality standards.
Q. Do we accept out of state deer?
A. We can accept out of state deer. Your deer has to be boneless meat or quartered
& neither the spinal column or head can be present.
Q. What is my turn around on summer sausage, snack sticks, & peppered
A. We estimate 1-6 months. Please don't call for status during this time, we'll call
you when it's done.
Q. How will I know when my order is ready?
A. We will call or text you when your order is ready. Please and please make sure
the phone number you give can receive text or voicemail messages. Also, have
an alternate number.
Mary's Valley works as fast as possible to produce your specialty Items. Due to large volumes of specialty items produced during deer season, the average processing time is 1-6 months. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready & you have 5 business days to pick up or you will be charged a daily storage fee. Please, do not call us.
